Hi, I’m A Brand new College Mom! Nice To Meet You. That said, this post isn’t only if you have a college kiddo, rather it’s a post about challenges in life that we all face. So here goes. In my girls first 2 weeks away at college I knew there would be adjustments, issues with adult things that we equipped her with prior to her leaving. My biggest learning curve and what I didn’t realize is I did not equip her with understanding about Redirections.
You see, there is always disappointments in life, things not going the way we wanted. Maybe it’s not landing the job you wanted OR not making the team you felt you were qualified for OR being dropped by friends OR not getting into the college you wanted. SO many different situations happen in life. This can do a number mentally on us. Whether it’s watching your kid not make the team or you not landing that job. The hardest part is trying to get back up and try again.
How do you do that when you were rejected or watched your kiddo get rejected? I challenge you to ask yourself….Is that truly a rejection or is it a Redirection? The key to this is Time & Trusting the process.
“Trust The Process”
What if the universe has a plan for you that you can’t see?
Release the control to have it all figured out. If you trust the process and believe, you will see why things didn’t work out the way you had originally hoped. Now, my challenge to you is to take a deep breath and when you feel rejected, be open to the redirection coming your way. Implementing a healthy thought process to know that when things don’t always work out the way we wanted is actually a redirection and will bring you peace and attract more of what you actually need in your life.
Sometimes our mind gets in the way to tell us to keep things familiar and stick with what we know. As I always say good things always come when you step out of our comfort Zone. Implementing a new fresh mindset is a freeing opportunity.
Trust The Process!
Always Here to Support You,
Christine
